In addition to this online space, the survey and our conversations through social media, we’d really like to meet people face-to-face. It’s much nicer. Therefore, we’d like to invite people to come and join us on one of the following dates:

Focus Groups

At the end of September, we will publish our Plan, based on the engagement that has happened up until that point. Our hope is that this Visioning Circle will enable us to identify special interest groups that are most in need of our support and guidance; then we would focus our attention in the final months of this review process on working with them to create a detailed plan of action for the next year of Phoenix activities.

If you can’t make any of these meetings, but you want to get to know us, please send an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., or check back here later as we will be making other appearances at other events throughout this engagement period.

Throughout the engagement process, we’re meeting with lots of interesting people. So, in addition to the bigger events listed above, which we’ll blog about for those who can’t make it, we’re keen to make our activities as transparent as possible, and our learning as useful as possible to others, by posting all minutes of all our meetings up here on the website. Here are a few from recent weeks:
